Russian Federation donates Euro 10 million to the Republic of Armenia
The Russian Federation has made available Euro 10 million to the Republic of Armenia to co-finance the program of individual financial assistance for the population forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh.
On December 28, 2020, an agreement was signed between the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, under which the Russian Federation will provide Euro 10 million in free financial assistance to the Government of the Republic of Armenia with a view to co-financing the financial assistance program for the population forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh

As of 30.12.2020, AMD 14.8 billion has actually been made available under the Artsakh support programs approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
