Information for citizens wishing to travel to Russia
From February 1 to March 1, 2021, a pilot program will be implemented that will allow passengers to cross the state border with a view to traveling from Armenia to Russia and in the opposite direction in case of a negative COVID-19 test result (valid for maximum 72 hours).
The Travel without COVID-19 program has been launched. It allows you to have the COVID-19 test result in the form of a QR code in the mobile application.
Citizens should:
1. Download the mobile application on iOS or Android systems.
2. Visit the PCR testing laboratory specified in the program with a passport and take a COVID-19 test.
The test result will be displayed in the application as soon as the laboratory enters the answer into the system. In case of a positive answer, the QR code gets red, in case of a negative - green. In case of a negative answer to the test, before leaving, citizens need to make sure that the information is available in the application and the interval between the flight time and the test sampling time does not exceed 72 hours. When crossing the border, you will have to produce the QR code available in the mobile application.
