RA Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan today has received representatives of Armenian diplomatic missions in foreign countries who have arrived in Yerevan for an annual gathering.
Emphasizing the importance of these meetings which have already become traditional, Andranik Margaryan said they help our diplomats better familiarize with the economic and political developments in our country, with the policies actually pursued and future programs, as well as to brief the authorities on the ways of improving work efficiency in various countries.
The Prime Minister congratulated the Ambassadors on the 15th anniversary of Armenia's independence and emphasized their role in the strengthening and further development of our State by proper representation thereof abroad. The head of government stressed that this significant to our State and people event bound the diplomats to higher responsibility in the organization of celebratory actions in foreign countries, in the Armenian communities of Diaspora, as well as to due representation on the international scene of our 15-years-long achievements. Then the Prime Minister presented the ongoing activities and future programs of the Government of Armenia.
The Prime Minister evoked another significant event of this year - the 3rd Armenia-Diaspora forum due to open in a couple of days in Yerevan, which was an excellent opportunity to involve Diaspora's potentialities towards the decision of Armenia
