Prime Minister Visits Meghri Region

Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan paid a working visit to Meghri region of Armenia. The Prime Minister first called at Meghri regional customs checkpoint. Hovik Abrahamyan was briefed on the ongoing activities. The Head of Government was told that the checkpoint provides round-the-clock services ensuring that citizens and businesses cross the border within 10-15 minutes. PM Visits Lori Marz

Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan paid a working visit to Lori Marz of Armenia. The Prime Minister first visited a poultry farm in Spitak, where he was briefed on the ongoing activities and future investment plans. Operational since June 2015, the farm has 8 henhouses, as well as feed preparation and slaughtering units. Underway is the construction of 4 henhouses due to be complete in October. Government Earmarks Funds for Solving Problems in Ararat and Gegharkunik Marzes

A regular Cabinet meeting was held today, chaired by Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan. In accordance with a government decision, AMD 411,630.0 thousand will be allocated from the Government Reserve Fund for solving a variety of problems in Ararat and Gegharkunik Marzes of Armenia, of which Ararat Marz administration will get 316,000.0 thousand drams, while 95,630.0 thousand drams will go to Gegharkunik Marz Administration. PM Briefed on Progress in MES New Building Reconstruction
