Prime Minister Travels to Kotayk Marz
Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan paid today a working visit to Kotayk Marz of Armenia. The Prime Minister first called at the Abovyan medical center after R. Harutyunyan to inspect the modern patient services and refurbishment work carried out in the outpatient clinic. AMD150 million have been earmarked from State budget to upgrade the facility and procure the necessary equipment. Government Holds Regular Meeting

Prime Minister Pays Tribute to Memory of National Hero Vazgen Sargsyan
On the 57 birth anniversary of Armenian state and political figure, National Hero of Armenia, Artsakh Hero Vazgen Sargsyan, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan visited today Yerablur Pantheon. Hovik Abrahamyan laid flowers at the tomb of Vazgen Sargsyan as a tribute to his memory.
Restoration of Damaged Sections of Arpa-Sevan Tunnel on Agenda
Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan chaired a consultative meeting to discuss the restoration of damaged sections of Arpa-Sevan tunnel. Government Continues New Tax Code Discussions
Chaired by Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, another discussion on the draft Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia was held in the Office of Government, attended by stakeholders’ representatives. Reference was made to the proposed amendments for specific types of taxes and their eventual impact on different sectors of the economy. The representatives of the agencies concerned submitted their comments and observations on the issues discussed.
Government Approves New Electoral Code
A regular Cabinet meeting was held today, chaired by Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan. The Government approved the Electoral Code and a set of draft amendments to other laws. Chief of Staff Government Staff David Harutyunyan said the new Electoral Code is based on constitutional amendments.
