Budget Spending Efficiency Needs Improving

Gyumri Officially Assumes Title of CIS Cultural Capital
On June 30, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan attended a festive event held in connection with Gyumri being awarded the title of cultural capital of the CIS in 2013. A concert was held at Vardanants Square of Gyumri, during which Mayor of Gyumri Samvel Balasanyan was handed a certificate acknowledging Gyumri as the cultural capital of the CIS in 2013.
