Government Approves 2013 State Budget Bill
A Cabinet sitting was held today, chaired by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan at which the Government approved the 2013 state budget bill. According to the bill, next year budget revenue will rise to AMD 1.059.1 billion (excluding the receipts from cross-budget transfers). Expenditures will stand at AMD 1.183.1 billion (excluding receipts from cross-budget transfers) and finally, the deficit will be AMD124.0 billion. Stricter Rules To Be Imposed On Gambling Houses
Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan called a consultative meeting to discuss issues of concern to casino owners. Note that the owners of gambling houses had addressed a letter to the Prime Minister voicing concern about the law on gambling houses and casinos which was adopted a few years earlier.
