The Government of the Republic of Armenia informs with deep sorrow that outstanding Armenian statesman and diplomat, former ASSR Minister for Foreign Affairs Anatoly Mkrtchyan died on October 26, 2011 at the age of 80 and expresses condolences to the family and close relatives of the deceased.
