PM Visits Landslide Zone At Vanadzor-Bagratashen Road Section

“Ranchpar – 1” Pumping Station Rehabilitated And Re-Commissioned

Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan attended the opening of “Ranchpar – 1” pumping station as rehabilitated under MCA-Armenia program. The opening ceremony was also attended by MCC Vice President Patrick Fine. Tigran Sargsyan toured the facility getting acquainted with the rehabilitation works. A landslide hit the road section at the 86th kilometer of М6 Vandzor-Bagratashen interstate highway close to Airum railway station (nearby Lchkadzor village) causing interruption in road traffic. According to preliminary data, motor cars have been caught up in the zone of the landslide. An operative staff has been set up by the Prime Minister’s decision. 2012 State Budget Bill Approved
