Tigran Sargsyan Sends Condolence Message to Norwegian Prime Minister and Government

Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan sent a condolence message to Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Norway Jens Stoltenberg and the Government of Norway on the tragic events of Oslo and Utoeya Island.
