Prime Minister meets with WB representatives

Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received a World Bank delegation led by leading economist for South Caucasian Pedro Rodriguez. In attendance was head of the World Bank Armenia office Jean-Michel Happi. The meeting agenda comprised mining sector tax regime peculiarities and methodology, inclusive of tax regime efficiency enhancement-related issues.

Farmers to get barley seeds

Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan called at Masis railroad station of Ararat marz to attend the unloading of the first lot of a total of 189 tons of high-grade barley seeds to be imported from Ukraine. Over 2000 tons of barley seeds are due to be imported into the country with a view to developing seed-breeding activities, as well as tackling a number of key problems.
