RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan attended the re-opening of the upgraded Art School of Armavir town. The Prime Minister was shown over the entirely refurbished building of the school. The pupils and the teaching staff presented a concert program in honor of the head of government. Republic of Armenia Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan has decreed to appoint Aram Haroutunyan as Deputy Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, and Artak Gabrielyan – Deputy Minister of Urban Development. In accordance with other decisions signed by the Prime Minister, Kamo Gasparyan was appointed to be Deputy Governor of Gegharkunik Marz, and Sasun Grigoryan – Deputy Governor of Kotayk Marz.
