Under a decree signed by RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, Arthur Poghosyan was relieved of the post of RA Deputy Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs. In accordance with another decree signed by the Prime Minister, Arsen Karamyan was appointed to be RA Deputy Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs.
