Based on a decree issued by Prime Minister A. Margaryan, Mr. Artsroun Aghajanyan was released from the post of Deputy Governor of Shirak Marz of the Republic of Armenia. In accordance with another decree by the Prime Minister, Mr. Rouben Sanoyan was appointed to be Deputy Governor of Shirak Marz.
