Today the ceremony of signing the UN Development Support Program was held in the Office of Government, which is a five-year (2005-2009) cooperation plan for the UN agencies operating in Armenia. Today RA Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan has attended the start-up of construction work on Iran-Armenia gas pipeline and the inauguration ceremony of the Agarak-Shinuhayr second high-voltage overhead transmission line. Today the Jubilee Commission for Coordination of Preparations for the 70th Anniversary of Hrant Matevosyan's Birth has held a meeting presided at by Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan. The meeting was attended by representatives from Hrant Matevosyan Foundation's Board of Trustees. Today the Jubilee Commission for Coordination of Preparations for 1600th Anniversary of Armenian Alphabet has held its first meeting presided at by Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan. It was emphasized that the celebrations should be provided a nationwide character.
