Coronavirus Situation Update
Tests have confirmed 12 new cases of the novel coronavirus in the Republic of Armenia as of March 17, 12:00 local time. 6 cases are associated with the one identified in Vagharshapat (Etchmiadzin), while the other 6 patients are associated with a case identified at a manufacturing plant in Yerevan. State Revenue Committee urges taxpayers to observe tax discipline

Mher Grigoryan attends EAEC Board meeting in video conference mode
Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan today attended an EAEC Board meeting, which was held in a video conference mode. On the initiative of the Armenian side, the meeting decided to set 0% customs duty for imports of medical supplies and protective equipment from third countries over a period of six months. It was also decided to refrain from charging customs duties on imports of electric cars from third countries until the end of 2021.
