Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Office of Deputy Prime Minister and VivaCell-MTS
On December 25, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Office of the RA Deputy Prime Minister and VivaCell-MTS. The memorandum was signed by Head of Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan’s Office Varak Siserian and General Manager of VivaCell-MTS Ralph Yirikian. After completing his visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan left for the Russian Federation, where he presided over the regular meeting of the Eurasian Economic Commission in St. Petersburg.
