The use of pastures and hayfields streamlined
The government eased the procedure to follow in granting pastures and hayfields to local farmers. Today’s cabinet sitting approved a draft decree on the use of pastures and hayfields in Armenia.
In this connection, Minister of Justice Gevorg Danielyan told the news conference held at the government’s press center that all tender winners will have to sign an environmental arrangement. That is they will be spared the inconvenience of having to turn to the State Committee on Immovable Property Cadastre by the Government or notary offices. Moreover, no longer will they have to make a number of fixed payments. According to the Minister, the range of administrative fees and the bureaucratic red tape will be narrowed in this case.
“Household services should be affordable and accessible as much as possible, free from any corruption risks whatsoever. Administrative leverages should be limited to the maximum in this case. The government has taken a series of important steps in this direction, inclusive of the draft at issue,” Gevorg Danielyan said in conclusion.
