State budget to finance economic entities’ electronic signature maintenance fees
According to the law on personal income tax, which will be effective as of January 1, 2013, employers are required to submit their registration applications solely in electronic form and on a monthly basis. The latter is a personalized account, which should reflect the amounts paid to individuals in wages and the estimated amount of income tax.
Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artem Asatryan told the press conference, which was held at the Government Press Center, that in 2013 State budget to finance economic entities’ electronic signature maintenance fees, payment of the electronic signatures of entities that before November 30 will receive e-signature and ID cards will be financed from the state budget.
“Special task forces have been set up in the regions to facilitate the process. Large-scale awareness raising and training activities are scheduled for economic entities so that it would be possible to shift to a single reporting system in 2013,” Artem Asatryan advised.
According to him, this will help curb the risks of corruption, reduce contacts between businesses and government agencies, as well as cut down the number of statements.
