Yerevan Small Center - Special Urban Development Focus
Today’s Cabinet sitting approved a concept for the law “On Yerevan Small Center Development.”
During the news conference which was held after the meeting, Deputy Minister of Urban Development Ruzan Alaverdyan said the proposed concept provides that the Yerevan small center should be deemed as a special urban development facility considering its objective necessity.
Due to the development of the project is expected to be smaller in the future to improve the maintenance and construction of the project, prior to the development of regulatory policy decision, which is an important guarantee for the development of the bill will be considered.
