e-Guillotine To Combine Business Processes, Legal Acts In Armenia
A press conference was held today in the Government’s press center, referred to as “Launch of “e-Guillotine,” database of business processes and regulations.”
As stated by Director of National Center for Legislative Harmonization Armen Yeghiazaryan, the database contains some 2,500 legal acts which, according to the speaker, seek to inform the public as to which legal acts govern a specific business process. Besides, the citizens can participate online in regulatory activities by submitting comments and suggestions.
“e-Guillotine will combine business processes and regulations in Armenia. It is a tool of interactive cooperation to help us consider the public opinion,” Mr. Yeghiazaryan noted.
In the words of international expert, Sense Consulting company director Vedran Antolyak, e-Guillotine has the goal of inviting the citizens and the private sector to engage in legislative streamlining processes. The Armenian e-Guillotine is fully compatible with the local administrative environment and the applicable legal framework.
