Tigran Sargsyan Receives Menno Snel
Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received International Monetary Fund Executive Director Menno Snel who is responsible for activities with Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Israel, Georgia, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, Romania and Ukraine.
Welcoming the guest, Tigran Sargsyan said, “I congratulate you on assumption to the office of IMF Executive Director. We look forward to continued close cooperation with the Fund.”
Highlighting the development of bilateral cooperation, Menno Snel said it will beneficial to both of the sides. The meeting agenda comprised issues relating to the improvement of business environment, tax, customs and pension reforms.
The parties went on to exchange views on the future policy of the IMF which shall be quick responsive to economic developments in partner countries.
